Introducing UV-Resistant Heavy-Duty Flex Banner

Our 440 gsm heavy-duty flex banner withstands monsoon rains and tropical sun — available in blockout and non-blockout variants up to 5 m wide.

Outdoor advertising in tropical climates demands materials that can handle intense UV radiation, heavy rainfall, and strong winds — sometimes all in the same afternoon. Our new 440 gsm Heavy-Duty Flex Banner is built for exactly these conditions, delivering billboard-quality results that last through an entire advertising campaign.

The banner uses a three-layer laminated PVC construction: a high-tenacity polyester scrim core sandwiched between two UV-stabilised PVC coatings. This gives it the tear resistance of a structural material with the printability of a standard display surface.

Product Variants

  • Standard (Non-Blockout) — for front-lit single-sided applications; allows some light transmission for backlit installations
  • Blockout — grey-core construction eliminates show-through; essential for double-sided banners and backlit boxes
  • Mesh Perforation — 30% open area reduces wind load; preferred for large building wraps and scaffolding banners

Maximum print width is 5 m, making it compatible with superwide-format printers including Durst, Swissqprint, and EFI VUTEk systems. The coating is formulated for both eco-solvent and UV-cured inks, with excellent ink adhesion and vivid colour output even at aggressive printing speeds.

Available on 50 m rolls. Custom widths available on request. Contact our team for samples and RIP profiles for your specific printer model.
