Our new Super-Stretch HTV is engineered specifically for polyester, spandex, and blended performance fabrics used in jerseys, leggings, cycling kits, and swimwear.

Standard HTV products crack or peel when the underlying fabric stretches beyond their limit. Super-Stretch HTV uses a specially formulated elastomeric polyurethane top-coat that moves with the fabric, maintaining adhesion and colour vibrancy through hundreds of wash cycles.

Application parameters: 150 °C, 10–12 seconds, medium pressure. Compatible with flat-bed and clam-shell heat presses. We recommend a silicone pad or Teflon sheet to protect the print surface.
