How It Works

It's straightforward: earn 1 point for every dollar spent on any order. Points accumulate in your account automatically and never expire as long as your account is active.

How to Redeem

• 100 points — $5 off your next order
• 300 points — Free standard delivery on your next order
• 500 points — Free A4 sample pack of any product category
• 1,000 points — 10% off your entire next order (no maximum)
• 2,500 points — Priority account status: dedicated sales rep, 48-hour stock reservation, exclusive pre-launch pricing

Bonus Points Events

We run regular double and triple-points events — typically around major public holidays and industry trade shows. Members receive advance notice of these events by email so they can time larger orders to maximise their points accumulation.

All existing customers are automatically enrolled. Check your account dashboard to see your current points balance. New customers earn 50 bonus points on their first order — equivalent to a $2.50 discount.
