Meet Our New Reflective Vinyl for Road Safety Signage

We are proud to add Grade 2 Engineer-Grade Reflective Vinyl to our product catalogue — a critical material for road signs, safety markings, emergency vehicle markings, and construction zone barriers.

Reflective vinyl works by embedding glass micro-beads or prismatic elements into the film surface. When struck by headlights or torch beams, these elements bounce light directly back toward the source, dramatically increasing nighttime visibility. The difference between non-reflective and reflective signage can literally save lives.

• Retroreflection coefficient: ≥ 70 cd·lx⁻¹·m⁻² at 0° entrance, –4° observation angle
• Outdoor life: 7 years on flat substrates, 5 years on complex curves
• Operating temperature: –40 °C to +80 °C
• Colours available: White, Yellow, Red, Green, Blue, Orange, Brown, Fluorescent Yellow-Green, Fluorescent Orange

The vinyl is cuttable on standard vinyl cutters and printable with UV-cured and eco-solvent inks for custom sign graphics. It bonds cleanly to aluminium, steel, rigid plastics, and fibreglass — the common substrates for regulatory and informational signage.
